This course offers surprisingly strong cardio and core moves as well as original stylized choreography to bring to your club! Maximize your workouts by systematically combining multiple strength and conditioning movements…for example add biceps with legs with core! Technique and form are the keys to efficiently and effectively maximizing each movement sequence. Sonja will use the weighted bar to show you how to build combinations that challenge your class to the core and beyond!
