With the progression of patterns being the modification teachers can created a fun class for every participant! This workshop will provide you with multi-dimensional step patterns AND a crowd pleasing high/lo floor aerobics usable for numerous class formats!

Play Ball!

All new unique combos using the stability ball designed to challenge the cardiovascular system while having fun! Then…..get on the ball to chisel the core using light weights with multi dimensional movements! This workshop will cover stability ball basics & techniques as well as ball choreography. Experience a great format to fuse with other functional workouts & bring a fresh approach to your classes or to use as a stand-alone class format!!
