This sports specific training program takes a more functional approach to sports conditioning, building our athleticism from the ground up. We master the mechanics of simple exercises, making these everyday movements reactionary. Then, through our fatigue management system, we increase the synergistic effect of these simple movements as we make them more dynamic… Increase OVERALL POWER PRODUCTION. One of the first systems to lay out a systematic approach to individualizing group exercise!
